12.5.0.8 Error in Save As dialog

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open “Save As” dialog in an editor window
  2. Change “Files of type” to “All Files (.)”
  3. Takes some seconds, then I get “List index out of bounds (17)”

What’s interesting, the list has 18 entries, the last two are:

  • All Files Files (.) <- this one works
  • All Files (.)

Hey Peter,

This has been fixed for the next beta. Thanks for catching this!

Not sure about the difference between “All Files Files” and “All Files”, but both work now with the new beta.

Hey Peter,

Check your Toad Options, under Files -> General. Do you have an “All Files” file type listed? If so, you don’t need that file type defined in Toad. That
item is automatically added to Toad – it shouldn’t be defined in the Options window by default.

Thanks John. I deleted this entry and now it looks as expected.
