Steps to reproduce:
Open “Save As” dialog in an editor window
Change “Files of type” to “All Files (. )”
Takes some seconds, then I get “List index out of bounds (17)”
What’s interesting, the list has 18 entries, the last two are:
All Files Files (. ) <- this one works
All Files (. )

Not sure about the difference between “All Files Files” and “All Files”, but both work now with the new beta.

Hey Peter,
Check your Toad Options, under Files -> General. Do you have an “All Files” file type listed? If so, you don’t need that file type defined in Toad. That
item is automatically added to Toad – it shouldn’t be defined in the Options window by default.

Thanks John. I deleted this entry and now it looks as expected.
