Even though Schema Browser -\> Describe Dialogs -\> Allow ESC to close Stay-On-Top describe windows is checked, this does not work any more with the new beta. ---

It works for me. Thanks for your reply! I have just realized that not only the Describe Dialogs are affected, but almost every dialog. For example when trying to execute an invalid query, I cannot close the TOAD Error dialog with ESC any more. I double-checked, the key works fine with any other application 😉 Tried to restart TOAD, no difference. Can anyone else reproduce this issue? Anything else I can provide? Thanks! ---

Peter, can you send me your user files offline? I have a global hook on the ESC key so I suspect it's my doing, but I cannot reproduce here with my settings. Michael, I still have this problem with the latest beta (11), did you get my User Files and have you been able to reproduce the issue? Thanks, Peter
