About window no honor dark theme

Just a minor issue that may have been fixed in 26.1 but not in Release Notes. I have not yet installed 26.1, and I have noticed in 25.3 that my dark theme does not affect the Help About window. The Licenses tab is particularly ugly:

I am using the Cobalt theme.

Coincidentally, I just fixed that (for next version) a few days ago.
