Alarming / Collection Schedules?


We started getting deadlock alarms on Saturday at 1am for deadlock events that happened the prior week. We want to know about them as soon as they occur. I reviewed the alarm schedule as well as the corresponding alarm actions and everything appears to be configured correctly. I also reviewed the deadlock list collection schedule and everything seems to be correct there as well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.




When you say you want to know immediately, are you meaning an email sent a distribution group? Is it possible to submit a screenshot or submit more details about your configuration?


If this is a reoccurring issue, I’d recommend opening a support ticket. Doesn’t sound like you are experiencing the expected behavior, and we’ll want to take a deeper look. Thanks!
