Allow full view navigation of explain plans

Whenever I am tuning a complex query where there are more than just 10 or 15 steps, the explain plan view cannot be navigated horizontally to see the additional query join information of how the query will execute. My suggestion is one of two choices: 1) allow horizontal movement as well as vertical on the explain plan window. OR 2) Eliminate the tabbing of each successive step of execution.
