Any ideas on how to transfer data with an ANYDATA column between schemas?

I have to move some data between schemas and the table contains an
ANYDATA column with varchar2 data. When I extract insert statements the
value is null, so I assume I have to translate the data to varchar 2 and
back. Anyone have an example how to do this?

insert into schema2.table2 (column list)

select from schema1.table1;

If they are in separate databases, I would try the SQL Plus COPY command.

Sorry, should have mentioned that the schemas are in different databases and
also I’m not allowed to create a dblink between them (dev and prod)
