Hi Ian, That looks like an old version of Toad. Are you sure you downloaded 12.5? Hi John It’s the version at [http://www.toadworld.com/m/freeware/43.aspx](http://www.toadworld.com/m/freeware/43.aspx). My Firefox downloads tells me it’s Dell\_Toad\_for\_Oracle\_12.5\_Freeware.msi, though you may be right about versions. I inherited this machine (when I started this job yesterday) and there was a version on it which no one could find the licence for. I downloaded the above version and installed it and I think it’s got itself hooked up to the old version. I’ll have a poke around and expect that will be the problem.
