# Automation Not Running - Password Issue?

Hello, I am trying to schedule a job to run daily. I’ve followed the Quest instructions and the query runs perfectly, but only when I click **Run** in the automation pane.

For instance, to test it, I schedule it to run today. The time right now is 10:41. I set it to run at 10:45, say, and it _doesn’t_ run.

Will it run tomorrow? Some problem with running it same-day?

I do notice that it doesn’t allow me to set a password when I’m in the scheduler. It throws an error. Could this be the cause of the whole issue? Screenshot:

Hi,

it should can run in the same day. Did you select window task or agent job?  
The error seem like you set the wrong user or password.
