Connection Error

SQL Optimizer SQL Optimizer for Oracle

When i try to connect to oracle DB appear the below error:

ORA-06413: connection not open

Note: I am using Toad for oracle 2015 suite 32 bit & i am using oracle client 32 bit

any help to solve this error?

It may be related to a known Oracle issue not supporting application to connect when its path contains parenthesis, e.g. installed under C:\Program File (x86)… Please check if Toad or SQL Optimizer is installed in a path with parenthesis. If this is the case try install it again in a different path without parenthesis to try again.
