CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE FORCE Option

Hello,

I checked a few different places but I cant find an option to add "FORCE" to the DDL script. Is there a way to add that in other options or is it not available?

Hi Dave,

Sorry, there is no way to inject "FORCE" into CREATE TYPE. I can add that for 2026 R3.

So, I tried a CREATE FORCE TYPE and it worked...but it's not documented that I can tell.

Do you have any additional info on this?
