# Creating hyperlinks in reports

I am using TDP 4.3 and it is connected to sql server.

I need to use automation to query an id (along with other fields), use the id to generate a hyperlink, write to an excel file and send it via email.

I cant seem to generate the hyperlink either in excel or in a html report. (even without automation)

If i use an excel function such as =hyperlink(A,B), the column shows the text and not the link.

What do i need to do to get the links to work.

I would hope that using a macro enabled file would work for this. But I have never done this.

Hey, other Data Point users, does anyone have experience with generating hyperlinks in excel files?
