Does Licence Key determine functionality within TOAD?

Hi,
Just wondering if the licence Key that is entered during install of TOAD actually determined the functionality you get with TOAD?

Say for example we have 30 standard TOAD Licences and 3 DBA Module Licenses, if I use the DBA Module keys when installing TOAD, do I automatically get the DBA Module functionality?

I'm guessing not, as it's probably a different install binary needed for both anyway and the licence key entered in irrelevant.

please confirm....

The key definitely matters to unlock certain features in Toad but you also may have been given a different installer for the DBA module licenses, if they came in a bundle with some other products.
