Does Toad wait for .bat script to complete before moving to next .bat to execute?

Hi All,

I have an automation script, that has a 5 .bat scripts set in a group to run, one after the other. Each .bat script runs a macro from within a different Access program. I’m trying to understand if Toad will wait for the .bat file to finish and exit Access before it begins the next one? Or will I have to add a pause in between each .bat run program to allow time for the program to finish?

If you use the Run Program activity there's setting, which defines if it should wait for the program to exit or not. So if you enable the check-box it won't run the next .bat before the previous ends.

If it exits Access or not basically depends on what the .bat script does.
