Is it possible to Duplicate a Line in the editor, similar to what you can do in IntelliJ, Eclipse and many text editors. edit: Corrected subject from “Delete …” to “Duplicate”. ---

AFAIK not. But it is possible to edit file in custom user editor where you can use all known shortcuts and features… ---

Yes, but there is no shortcut assigned by default. In View|Options|Editor on the Behavior tab click "Key Mapping..." and look for "Duplicate current line." Assign one there. Good question. I didn't notice that the thread subject and message body are different. At any rate, both are there. CTRL+Y deletes line. Duplicate line is unassigned. Interesting. I was looking in shortcuts: and there was no Ctrl+Y but it works in Editor. And for Duplicate line, again haven’t found in shortcuts (for commands like screen before) 🙂 ---

You are looking in the wrong place. From my earlier message... In View|Options|Editor on the Behavior tab click "Key Mapping..." It's not intuitive that core editor commands are not part of the Toolbars/Menus|Shortcuts page in options, but that's why I listed their location. I'm currently working on some editor modifications that will consolidate these with the other shortcuts, but the changes are quite involved and will take some time to implement.
