Error when opening TDP on a bastion

We access our Hadoop cluster through a bastion which we remote desktop into. I installed TDP on the bastion, but when I launch the application, I get the following error. Could someone help interpret what might be going on? Thanks.

Can you make sure you have .NET 4.5 framework installed?
