Toad for Oracle 26.1.193.8012
Database: 23.26.1.0.0 EE (on-prem)
Oracle Client: Instant Client 19.30
This is my first on-prem 26ai database, so it is possible that something stupid during database creation could be causing this issue. Just to say that both SQL*Plus and SQL Developer can connect to this CDB as SYS using EZ Connect.
Created a connection in Toad and it tests successfully. However, when launching the connection, Toad just hangs and has to be killed. This is the case whether the Instant Client or Toad’s built-in client is used. SQL Monitor does not display any activity.
Wondering how best to troubleshoot this issue?
