High CPU coming from Spotlight connection

I am new to Spotlight and I noticed while I have it running my CPU on my database goes up and I can tell it is all coming from my spotlight connection and from this SQL statement. Any help will be great. I am running Enterprise 11.2.0.3 on Windows Server 2008r2 64bit.

SELECT :“SYS_B_00” Dummy,

SUM(DECODE(s.type,:“SYS_B_01”,:“SYS_B_02”,:“SYS_B_03”)) system_sessions,
