How can I access private db links?

I created private db link. How to access another user that private link?

As far as I’m aware, this is not possible. Even SYS can’t access a private db link owned by another user.

A private DB link is meant to be private to the user who created it otherwise it would have been a public DB link.

However, there is way out if it is required to have a user access other user’s private DB link. You may create the user who needs access to the private DB link as a proxy user for the private DB Link owner. Once the proxy user is setup, it can access any objects of the original user.

For information on how to create a proxy user, you may refer the following link.
