How can we have multiple schema connections simultaneously?

#1

**We would like to test for one Oracle instance - multiple schemas with increasing user loads at the same time. Since a job only apears to coonect to one schema at a time, does any one know how to approach this?

Multiple jobs scheduled for the same time execute sequentially.
Would running multiple BenchMarch Factories with separate jobs scheduled for the same time do the trick?

Is there a better approach?

Many thanks.**

BMF can run the virtual users using different user accounts. Take a look at this thread for a description on how this is done.

SELECT Message FROM DMSG;

SELECT Message FROM DMSG;

But I received the folowing from the agent output-
Unable to execute statement in ExecuteSQL().
ORA-00900: invalid SQL statement

Many thanks…

Can you provide a brief example?
I understand the use of BFUserID() but how does one connect to multiple schemas in a BMF script. BMF docs do not seem to have an example.

I tried the following in an SQL statement transaction -
CONNECT SCALE0$BFUserID()/SCALE0$BFUserID();
CONNECT DEN_SCALE0$BFUserID()/DEN_SCALE0$BFUserID();
