Is there a quick way to craete a tabkle from a spreadsheet keeping the headers as column names? ---

From the main menu: Database -\> Create -\> Table. On the bottom of the “create table” dialog, there is a button labeled “load cols from file”. There you can specify your spreadsheet and it should build columns based on that.
