Installation Issue - SpotLight 11.5

Hello,

I installed SpotLight Client and Diagnostic Server on my VM. The service account is an admin on the server and the service is created and running (restarted a couple of times). After a successful installation, I and error that the “The Diagnostic Server is offline - The Diagnostic Server could not be contacted” Has anyone run into this issue?

Is the Spotlight Diagnostic Server Windows Service running? Can you check via the Administrative Tools -> Services interface?
