Installation on Windows 7 64-bit with UAC turned off requests reboot

Igor, I have the same issue for I have just installed the latest beta on a
System that has never had Toad-SS and I have the following messages which I
believe is the issue.

Since I have trapped the problem to some degree, what do you need from prior to
a restart to assist you in resolving this issue?

Right now we’re in the middle of this issue investigation. The problem is
it’s not 100% reproducible on every system but we’re trying
different approaches including newer version of the installation software.
