I have just downloaded Toad for Oracle trial version but have not yet received a license key. I assume that you will email it. Thanks in advance. Martin Porter ---

Welcome, Martin! Yes, you should be receiving an e-mail with a trial key; however, you can also simply start the Toad for Oracle trial version and that will get you started with an initial key. In the meantime, feel free to let us know if you have any questions. Thanks, -John ---

Hi Martin, Ahh, I thought you already had it installed but hadn't launched Toad yet. I would check your spam filter to make sure the e-mail hadn't gotten caught by that. If not, you can always download the Trial again, perhaps using a different e-mail address, to get the key. Let us know how that works. Thanks, -John ---

Hi Nourhan, I have a few questions which would help identify the trouble you're running into: 1. What version of Toad are you trying to use? 2. Are you trying to use the Trial version or GA version of Toad? 3. Did you download it from Toad World or [Quest.com](http://Quest.com)? 4. Hello, I have registered twice for a trial of Toad for Oracle DBA edition and I still have not received a trial key. I have check spam, etc. Been a week, tried again today, same thing. I can download trial but I never receive and email with trial key. Thank you, Mike ---

Please share the link you used to get to the trial. Is it a [Quest.com](http://Quest.com) link or a [ToadWorld.com](http://ToadWorld.com) link? Toad for Oracle has offline licensed versions and new, subscription licensing versions. The former is available for download from [Quest.com](http://Quest.com) and the latter from [ToadWorld.com](http://ToadWorld.com). If you've downloaded a Subscription licensed version then simply install it and run it. You'll need to sign up for an account if you haven't already. If you've downloaded the offline key version from [Quest.com](http://Quest.com) I'm not sure why your email hasn't been received. I just went through the flow and received my key as expected. ---

How do I receive the trail key for the offline toad? I can download the trail version, but I am not receiving the trail key. ---

Where did you download the trial from? Toad for Oracle Subscription trial is available from [here](https://www.quest.com/register/141779/). After installation, run Toad and you will be prompted to login. Login with your Quest account credentials. If you do not have an account you can create one. New users are automatically provided a trial key. It will not arrive in email. Toad for Oracle does still offer an offline trial if that's what you have downloaded that I believe should email a key to you. Be sure to check all spam and junk folders for the email. When you start Toad if you are prompted for a login then you are using the Subscription trial. If you are prompted to enter a license key then you are using offline Toad. ---

Have you created a Quest account? Are you logging in there and then asked for your credentials a second time? Some screenshots of each step along the way would help. ---

Hi! I downloaded Toad Offline trail version, but I am not receiving the key for the same. Also I have downloaded the same from the below link [Toad for Oracle Developer Edition | Free Trial (quest.com)](https://www.quest.com/register/54618/) And to mention, the site allowed to download the offline trail version without login. Even with login with my account I didn't receive the key in email. I checked in Spam, Junk Folders as well. ---
