New Connection Database Error - SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 (Support Pack 4 Patch 2)

Created a new (SAP Business Objects) connection and entered the required url and my credentials. Toad Data Point returns a Database Error “The service is currently not responding. Please check your credentials and connectivity.”

We are using SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 (Support Pack 4 Patch 2) and can successfully login to the url using my credentials.

Is there something I am missing?

Business Objects XI 3.0, 3.1
