Our Product Marketing Manager just tried this, and he is getting the proper download files with the correct bitness in each case. I wonder if clearing your browser cache would help?

I originally tried with Chrome and had the issue. Things are working now without clearing the cache.
Oddly enough, there is still the issue with IE 11 even after clearing cache. At least there is the Chrome solution. Thanks for looking into this. Cheers!
