The query does insert data into temp tables and one database table and yes, it
does then return the last result set from a temp table and a database table.
The problem for me is that I and another developer have either worked or are
working on this code and have for quite a while and have never had MSSMS never
report incorrect rows or crash (BTW…I use RedGate SQL Prompt and it has never
crashed on this code or any other code).
If MSSMS has reported incorrect rows, I have never caught it. To me, this is an
issue with Toad. Maybe the memory handling of the temp table data?
