Opening Data Compare does not start wizard

#1

When I use to open up the data compare via the Tools menu, it used to
automatically open up the wizard for the data compare. It seems to not do that
anymore. It opens the data compare screen and I have to click the new compare
button to start the wizard.

Tools/Options/ Data Compare/Show Data Compare Wizard on Startup

Also a tip: you can run Data Compare from the context menu so only selected
tables/views will be a scope of comparison.

Thanks a bunch. But when I try and click that tickbox I get the following

The path that is set in the Data Compare path does exists (I verified it).
I’m not sure why the extra stuff is appended to the directory.

As for the right clicking to compare, we are using this tool for database
releases in which I’m often comparing a bunch of tables at once. Otherwise
this would be perfect.
