It would be great if they used the same shared area for connections and passwords I was using beta for a while and a few pw changed. The prod release did not know and I was stuck for while. Is it possible to have the “shared” connection/pw between them??

I simply export my setting and import them to keep each of my TOAD clients up to date (Utilities, Copy User Settings, …)
Larry’s suggestion is probably the way to go with this.
If we start allowing beta Toad to access production Toad’s files, then we are putting production Toad’s data at risk.
