# problem turning on SQL RECALL in Toad10.1

My co-worker (actually my boss) upgraded from possibly 9.0 (definitely not 9.7)  
to 10.1. In 10.1 SQL RECALL does not work. It is empty and stays empty. The SQL  
RECALL option is not even on the VIEW menu. I can’t figure out what option  
to change to start it working.

have you tried reinstalling toad? i had a problem where the sql recall was not opening even after using the shortcut F8 key and didnt know what to do. it did appear on the menu unlike your problem. try and use the feature “toad security” to see if u have sql recall somehow restricited to your user.
