Problems with RTF Report -- Report Alphabetical stops at "C"

This is a very strange problem. I’m generating HTML, PDF and RTF reports from the same model. The HTML and PDF are fine, but the RTF report ends on an entity in the letter “C” (CNF_CARD to be exact). My entities go on in the alphabet beyond “C”! This means the report is only capturing about 1/6th of the model.

I’ve tried to generate the report eliminating or adding anything I can think of – but it still ends at “CNF_CARD” and about 82 pages. . . What can I do to fix this?

After you execute the report, check the log to see if there are any error messages. I just generated a report for a fairly large model using RTF and it was able to do 189 pages with no problems.
