Today I want to say Thanks to all of you for your help and participation in Toad
for SQL Server development.
One of our great funs Hank Freeman reminded me about one of the ways of
reporting the issue – screencast. Sometimes it is very important to see the
steps that caused the issue and one or two screenshot with the final state can
be too less for this.
I do remember that one our users from this community recorded his steps as video
and uploaded to a public server so we can download and investigate. You can do
the same with any free or commercial tools (I just googled and easily found a
bunch of such tools).
