Is there a way in an automation script to put a pivot summary of the attached report into the body of an email? I tried workbook, and I was able to create 2 pivot grids, but I can only attach a file to the email. Also, I cannot schedule the workbook to run and email like I would an automation script. Seems like this would be a great enhancement to both the automation script and the new workbook feature.
These are great suggestions that have already been asked for by other users. And, they are certainly being considered for near-future enhancements.
Specifically, automation and scheduling of workbooks is high on our Dev team's list. Not sure about inlining a report into the body of an e-mail... you may want to articulate the requirements further in Toad Datapoint's Idea Pond on ToadWorld.
