Slqnav caches subpartition list for tables

Hi!
Try this issue:
1.Create TEST_SUBPART table from oryginal_table.sql, watch subpartition values.
2.Drop TEST_SUBPART (with purge could be), refresh db_nav tree.
3.Create TEST_SUBPART table from oryginal_table2.sql, watch subpartition values, extract ddl from this table.

Sqlnav names subpartitions are like in previous table, wchich was dropped, values are nulled.

Good catch, Piter.
I will raise change request to fix this issue.
