SQL Editor Shortcuts

I am using both IntelliJ, Eclipse and Notepad++ where you have the possibility to among others:
move lines up and down (without having to cut and paste them)
duplicate lines
delete lines

Are any of these options available in TOAD?

(Just realised that shift+delete will delete a entire line)

These items are not available but I created CR Number 103,594 to see if we can have them implemented.
