Hi Michael, hope this isn't the wrong place to put this. We have downloaded the beta (64 bit) and installed on a number of machines. All bar one have been successful, however we have one laptop that will not run build 103 - it installs successfully and then when we launch it opens a window and hangs. The window is available in the taskbar, but we can't open it. I have tried uninstalling all versions of SQL Navigator and the associated Quest products, but a fresh install doesn't seem to be working either. Any suggestions?
What is your laptop OS environment?
and also pls send us support bundle file from Help->Create support bundle files
Laptop OS is Windows 10, with updates to the latest version.
I'm unable to do Help->Create Support Bundle Files because the client is not responsive, but if it is any help I could install an earlier version and do that?
Could you try to delete the following registry key and try to launch the application again?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator 7.6.0 Beta
