# table/sort filters where are they stored?

I just installed a new version of TOAD 12.0.0.61 and kept my 10.5.1.3 version. In the old version I had all my table/sort filters for umpteen tables and schemas and would like to bring them forward. If it is just a file, where is it? and can I just copy it to the new release of TOAD?

In 10.5, they are in

User Files\<database\>\<Schema\>\_TableFiltes.xml

In 12.0, they are in

User Files\Databases\<database\>\<Schema\>\_TableFiltes.xml

You should be able to just copy all those folders from your old User Files folder to your new User Files\Databases folder.

Thank you. Not where I expected them, but after a search found them in:

AppData/Roaming/QuestSoftware/Toad for Oracle/10.5/User Files

After moving them to 12.0, the filters were in shown (filter symbol turned red)
