By chance, did anything happen to the "data hub directory", which represents your local storage? (e.g. C:\Users...\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Toad Data Point Hub Data\_v57, for the latest versions of TDP installs) Did it get moved, restored, or permissions changed on any of the folder hierarchy? Otherwise, might have to go to Support for this one, Steve. ---

Hi Gary, I checked the data hub directory and it looks correct. I will open a case with support. Thanks.
