Type a statement like: “INSERT INTO MyTable ”
And Toad can auto-create the insert statement – filling in the column
names and sample values() statement.
That’s great – love that feature.
What’s annoying though, is that it also includes datatypes that cannot be
populated with an insert statement – like Timestamp or RowVersion datatype
It would be nice if they were excluded from the insert statement that’s
auto-generated so I don’t have to delete them out manually.
Same applies to the generate SQL Insert statements export feature.
