I recently got a new Windows 10 laptop and download/installed 12.10.0.30 64 bit. This version seems to crash two to three times a day. Anyone else having this trouble? Or, any suggested actions to take to make it more stable? Thanks, Dennis ---

An error log file (Toad.el) should be written to Toad’s appdata folder. The default location is %APPDATA%\Dell\Toad for Oracle\12.10. If you have Toad.el please post it. Michael ---

There are four directories located there, but no file. I checked the directories and didn’t find a toad.el file. Not all crashes yield logs, unfortunately. Can you describe anything about the crash like what you are doing and what type of exception is raised? Post a screenshot of the error dialog. ---
