# Toad Data Modeler \> Licensing Terms?

I am considering purchasing TDM. However ... I have these 2 licensing questions - and can't seem to find details.

1. Will my software deactivate, once the license expires (in 1 year I assume)?

2. Can I re-install the software on another machine, after my license expires? I realize I would only have access to the latest version at the time of the expiration.
