Hi Jeff, I see that Toad for DB2 LUW 6.0 no longer prompts for the bit version to be installed. The Help\About page also no longer displays the bit version installed. How is one to know what bit version is currently installed?

As Toad for DB2 no longer installs a DB2 client, and will work with your default DB2 client (either 32 or 64 bit) there is no longer a reason to display the DB2 client bitness.

Thanks Jeff. I had always thought the the bitness listed in Help\About was for the Toad application itself. Aside from the DB2 client bitness, is Toad for DB2 LUW itself a 32 or 64 bit application? And if it is both, does it know to install as 64 bit on 64 bit systems?

Toad DB2 is a 32 bit application that runs on 32 and 64 bit Windows, with either a 32 or 64 bit DB2 client.
