# Toad Hangs Forever

Hi, I work at Nike and we have a license for the Toad 10.6 version for Oracle  
product. I recently took a Windows 7 Enterprise Edition laptop and initially  
when I installed Toad 10.6 commercial version it worked for 2 weeks and after  
which whenever I tried to invoke the application nothing happens after that for  
hours. After struggling for many days aI had to re-install it again and this  
time even the installation would not happen as it just stops at the extraction  
stage. I’ve engaged my Desktop support and they tried everything what they  
should do but nothing helped out. The same software does work on other Windows 7  
machines but not on mine. I tried downloading the Trial version but even that  
did not help me as when I invoke the application nothing happens. Request you to  
guide on this ASAP as this is hampering my work and I’m having a tough  
time. Let me know if you have any questions for me which can
