Toad-ss-Beta - changing User Access control issue returns.

Toad SS-Beta ,is wanting user to restart system to change user access control.
See Message Below.

This was a previously reported issue that apparently did not get fixed in the
final beta.

Therefore, Product not ready for release.

Actually, you don’t need to restart the computer. If you change UAC
setting back to the value it has before Toad installation, that “1
important message” will be gone without restarting.

This is usually one of those set and forget options in Windows 7-64. So do you
expect me (all of us) to remember the setting?

I accept the fact that there is probably a good reason for this message for
Toad-ss installation is under the hood trying to tweak the engine and it needs
access, but will this message sooner or later just go away or will it be with us
until Dec 21 2012…
