I am trying to update my toad data point application, but am running into an error where it can't find TAC.MSI but I don't have that file on my system at all. How can I uninstall manually or fix my issue?

There is the following KB article: Toad Data Point installation error: ERROR 1935. It is also looking for a 'TAC.msi' file. (4301129)
