Hi! I am a R&D Director at Dell Software in the Information Management BU.  I’ve been working on various products since 1997. My passion is to build great teams that can build great software.  The sort of software that enables our customers to excel at whatever it is that they are doing.  Most recently I have spent most of my time on our SQL Server products including Spotlight on SQL Server and Project Lucy.

When I am not working or travelling, I am usually spending time with my family or making some noise with my band.
