Eyal is responsible for creating marketing material, competitive analysis, application integration and testing, as well working with customers and analysts. Eyal has 16 years of experience in systems and storage administration, IT, support, sales, and marketing. Eyal joins Reduxio from IBM, where he led the worldwide product support team of the Real-time Compression development group that came to IBM through the acquisition of Storwize, an innovator in primary storage compression. In this role he was responsible for resolving customer problems, as well as pre-sales and customer enablement through training and documentation.
Prior to Storwize and IBM he was Manager of Product Marketing at Exanet, where he was responsible for pre-sales enablement, competitive analysis and outbound marketing. Prior to Exanet, Eyal worked in NetApp as a senior support engineer, pre-sales consultant and quality assurance engineer for enterprise accounts. Eyal wrote a chapter in the “Using SANs and NAS” O’reilly book and co-wrote a few IBM Redbooks.
Eyal lived in The Netherlands and Silicon Valley, and nowadays lives in Israel with his wife and hybrid twins (boy and girl), driving his hybrid car.
