Education in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Worked as a processor characterization engineer at IBM doing hardware validation and failure analysis. Moved to Dell in 2011 and have worked on Enterprise Solutions, most notably the QuickStart Data Warehouse Appliance where I worked with the R&D team on design, testing, factory integration and user interface. In my new role as product analyst I have the opportunity to use the Toad Business Intelligence Suite to show users how to gain better insight from their data.
