I got this while working in an Editor window with many tabs open. I had switch from db1 to db2. In one tab I had split and then un-split a window. The error happened when I selected then ctrl/c copy text and was quickly switching to another app when the Toad error popped up. After that I occasionally got a AV. I was on a roll so did not restart Toad, nor did I exit the Editor window. However, when I went to execute a script, I discovered that it was executing in db1, now db2. The title bar showed db2, the status line showed db1. Took me awhile to figure out what was going on, since I normally trust what the title bar of the Editor window says. I also have the EurekaLog of the first AV I got if that would help. I did not capture any further AV logs.
