I installed 5.2 on my Win7 32 bit, I keep getting this UriFormatException errors … 5.1 is running fine. any thoughts?

Please, provide any details how to reproduce.

I just started running a query and after a min, it starts throwing these exception errors and a big dialog box pops up saying Toad encountered an exception and wants me to close it.
