Access Violation while waiting for query completion

All,

I’m currently on Beta 12.9.0.37. While I was waiting for my query to finish, Toad popped an Access Violation error:

The scenario that led to this event:

  1. I created a create table as select statment, then hit F9
  2. after a while I started (in the same session) the session monitor
  3. I quit the session monitor
  4. after waiting a while longer, the AV popup appeared

The pop-up may have appeared as a result of the create table statement being finished, but I’m not sure about that.
